Beloveds, I wish for you a blanket of stars to tuck you into the darkest night.
I welcome you back, Moon
Back to the space between my brows
You can hold on
You could let go
You could hold on to what is left when you let go
Anoint yourself if no one else will
You are the accumulation and the blessing
the chaos and this moment, still
Draw the outline first so I’ll know where to stand
and in new light, recast my shadow
so I’ll learn where I’ve been
and where I must go
Notice what gets you a-flutter. What gives you that special warm feeling inside, or maybe it’s that liberating I COULD MOVE MOUNTAINS . . . RIGHT NOW! kind of feeling.
“You are a Deity in jeans and a t-shirt, and within you dwells the infinite wisdom of the ages and the sacred creative force of All that is…”
You do not need to light 1,001 candles or achieve nirvana to meditate.
You just need to be present.
Slow down to speed up. For it is on our dreams, daydreams and imaginations that we access the fuel for our ideas. Not because those places are better than our waking physical reality, but because that process of shifting, of allowing ourselves to experience both completes us.
“Conscious living” need be no more complex
than noticing the sky and hearing what
the clouds have to say
