I will never tire of you, Moon
She studies me from afar
and I so wish to be beautiful for Her
Me, I am the pond reflecting Her gaze
whispering to the trees,
She is radiant tonight
What does She feel?
Where does She go when the sun fills the sky?
The One who knows I exist
yet watches from a distance
Tonight I let you in, Moon
I unfold my waters and invite Her to wade
through sunsets past and moonrises forward
You behold me with awe
for we are One and the Same
